I was born and raised in and around Kansas City, MO. Although I can't say I'd recommend it, it definitely has it's good points! Best BBQ in the world, beautiful land and interesting history & landmarks... Here are a few of it's high points:

These photos are of the Country Club Plaza. Every year there is a lighting ceremony, the day after Thankgiving, and then the lights are on until New Years.
